Products can be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase.
For the return to be eligible, the products must be in their original condition: unwashed, without traces of use, with the original labels and in the original packaging.
To process the return we need proof of purchase - copy of invoice.
Pick up of the package
We take care of sending the courier (Fan Curier). All you have to do is to contact us and let us know the day and the address where the package can be picked up. The first return is free. If a second return is needed, the transport will be paid by the customer (20 lei). Please do not opt for another shipping method.
For reasons of personal hygiene, the following products cannot be returned: tights, socks and underwear (panties) for which the label has been removed.
Once the returned package is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Once approved, the return will be processed and we will refund the money on the card with which you initially paid or in the account. The legal deadline is 14 days, but we will try to be as fast as possible.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, check your bank account first. Then contact the bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is recorded.
